Terms & Conditions for Investor Creator Mastermind

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, your grant Investor Creator permission to use your likeness in a photograph or video footage in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of Investor Creator’s printed and digital publications. You understand and agree that any photography/videography using your likeness will become property of Investor Creator and will not be returned. You acknowledge that since your participation with Investor Creator is voluntary, you will receive no financial compensation. You hereby irrevocably authorize Investor Creator to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photography/videography for purposes of publicizing Investor Creator’s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising out of or relating to the use of your image. You hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Investor Creator from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. You are at least 18 years of age and you are competent to contract in your own name. You have read this release before agreeing to the terms and you fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
